Food Vendor Info and Application 

Location: New Ulm, TX, St. John Lutheran Church, 211 Hickory Rd. 78950

Date/Time: Saturday, May 4, 2024, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Attendance: Attendance for the 2023 Honey Bee Jubilee was approximately 850.

This year’s expected attendance is 850+.
Food Vendor Fee: $85.00

 

All fees are nonrefundable after May 1, 2024.

The Honey Bee Jubilee strives to present a variety of cuisine options, i.e. tacos, barbeque, burgers, vegan, ice cream cart, snow cones, etc.

 

If you are interested in being part of the Honey Bee Jubilee on May 4, 2024, please complete and return the form below. You will be contacted by a New Ulm Chamber of Commerce representative with further information.

Please note: There is limited space available, and not all food vendors will be selected.

Food Truck/Vendor Application Acceptance Policy: Confirmation for the Honey Bee Jubilee is based on a number of factors, including the date and time that the application and fee payment are received, the type of food or drink being offered, and proof of procurement of any licensing required. The Chamber’s goal is to highlight local food vendors while providing an interesting variety of types of food to festival attendees. Therefore, the New Ulm Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to accept or reject applications based on the above criteria. Each applicant will be notified by email of their acceptance status. Vendors must produce their letter of acceptance before being allowed to set up at the festival.

Proceeds: Food trucks and vendors keep 100% of proceeds for sales on the day of the event.

​

Set-up, Hours, Teardown: Food Trucks/Vendors may begin to arrive as early as 7:00 a.m. on festival day. All set-up must be completed by no later than 9:30 am. The event begins at 9:00 a.m. and all food trucks/vendors are required to remain open until 3:00 p.m. on event day. There will be NO teardown prior to 3:00 p.m.

Food Trucks and Vendors will be provided spaces based upon the order of arrival. All food trucks must be in place and operational no later than 9:30 am.

​

On-site Resources: All food trucks must be able to operate independently of any resources available at the site of the festival, including water, electrical, refrigeration and any materials. Vendors are responsible for all set-up and clean-up of their space in the covered areas, their parking space, and the immediate areas surrounding such space.
