Vendor Guidelines and Application 


  • The event will take place on May 4, 2024, in New Ulm, Texas 78950. The focus of this event is bees (of all types), honey,

       and nature related items or services. Therefore, the majority (over 50%) of offerings from each vendor must be in keeping

       with this theme.

  • All items sold and informational material provided is subject to review and approval of the New Ulm Chamber of Commerce

       Board of Directors and The Jubilee Committee.

  • Vendors are responsible for collecting any applicable sales tax.

  • In addition to bee and honey-related items and information, local businesses--large and

    small--are invited to participate in the New Ulm Business Fair, a space at the Jubilee dedicated to promoting local


  • Each business will be provided table space for displays, brochures, cards, or flyers to introduce the community to their

       business. There is a $30 charge for this opportunity.


  • Vendor display spaces are 12 x12 ft. More than one space may be purchased.

  • Vendors may request a general location, but final space assignment is at the discretion of the

    Jubilee Committee, taking into consideration requested location, type of business or

    organization, and the date of application (first come, first serve).

  • There is one main venue for display/booths: St John Lutheran Church grounds.

  • Display set-up will be Saturday, May 4 from 7:00 to 8:30 a.m. Specific instructions for vendor

    parking will be forthcoming, and posted on the Honey Bee Jubilee website.

  • Display/booth spaces will be open to the public Saturday, May 4 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    Displays must remain in place until 4:00 p.m., Saturday, May 6.

  • Description of all Products/Services: All items to be sold are subject to approval. Inventory must be 50% bee, honey, pollinator, nature theme-related items and services.

  • Requested Display Space: Covered space requested? Note: Covered Space Limited, with priority given to vendors according to date of receipt of signed application and fee.

  • Vendors: 12’ x 12’, $60.00 or (2)12’ x 12’, $120.00 or (3)12’ x 12’, $180.00 

  • Chamber Business Members: 12’ x 12’, $30

  • Set up will begin at 7:00 a.m. Saturday, May 4, and must be completed by 8:30 a.m.

  • Displays/booth must remain in place until the end of the Jubilee at 4:00 p.m. Saturday.

  • Display/booth locations are assigned at the discretion of the committee, according to the guidelines above.

theft, fire, water, weather, accident or other cause. The exhibitor shall indemnify, defend or protect and hold harmless the

above named organizations from any and all claims, demands, suits, liability, damages, loss costs, attorney’s fees and expenses or

whatever kind of nature, which might result from or arise out of any action or failure to act on the part of the exhibitor or any of 

its officers, agents, employees or other representatives.
